Can't make it to Macclesfield? My online programme gives you everything an in-person client gets — a bespoke training plan, exercise videos, macro tracking, and weekly check-ins — all through your training app, from anywhere in the country.

Peri-Menopause & Menopause Strength Coaching
Specialist programming designed around the hormonal changes of peri-menopause and menopause. Focused on building and maintaining strength, supporting bone density, managing body composition changes, and reducing symptoms like fatigue, poor sleep and anxiety through exercise.

Postnatal Return-to-Exercise Programming
Safe, progressive postnatal coaching from as early as 8 weeks post-birth. Includes full movement assessment, pelvic floor awareness, and a structured return to full-capacity training at a pace that's right for your recovery.

Nutrition & Macro Coaching
Nutritional support is built into every programme. I'll set your macro targets, help you understand how food supports your hormones and your training, and track your intake through the app — including easy barcode scanning for everyday meals.

Sports Massage & Recovery
Available as a standalone service or alongside your training programme, sports massage supports muscle recovery, reduces tension, and keeps you training consistently without injury setbacks.

How it works
My proven process
Get to Know Us
Step 1: Free Consultation
We start with a no-obligation conversation — in person or online — about your goals, your health history, your lifestyle, and what you've tried before. This is where I understand what you actually need, not just what you think you should be doing.
Step 2: Health & Movement Assessment
Before any programming begins, I assess your current movement patterns, any areas of pain or restriction, and relevant health factors — including postnatal considerations like diastasis recti or peri-menopause symptoms that affect your training.
Step 3: Your Personalised Program
I design your program from scratch around your specific goals, health profile, and schedule. Nothing is copied from a template. Your plan is yours.
Step 4: Training Begins
Sessions run in person at The Institute of Fitness Racing in Macclesfield or online via app. Every in-person session is coached with attention to technique, form, and how you're feeling that day — because your capacity isn't the same every week, and your program shouldn't pretend it is.
Step 5: Nutrition & Macro Support
Your nutritional targets are set through the app, with simple tracking tools and regular adjustments based on your progress and how your body is responding.
Step 6: Weekly Check-Ins
Every week I check in with you — reviewing progress, adjusting the plan if needed, and making sure you feel supported between sessions. You're never left to figure it out alone.
Step 7: Ongoing Progress Reviews
We measure what matters: strength, energy, how you feel, and functional improvements in your daily life. Progress reviews keep your program evolving as you do.
