I'm Dana — a Level 3 personal trainer and certified women's health specialist based in Macclesfield, and I built Rise With Dana specifically for women like you.

 

I specialise in peri-menopause and menopause coaching, safe postnatal return-to-exercise, and helping women who haven't trained in years rebuild their strength, energy and confidence from the ground up.

Whether you're 8 weeks or 2 years postpartum, returning to exercise after having a baby deserves expert guidance — not generic YouTube workouts. I specialise in safe, progressive postnatal rehabilitation that meets you exactly where you are.

 

Women Returning to Fitness

Life got in the way, and that's okay. If you haven't trained in years and the gym feels intimidating, I'll give you a structured, supportive starting point — and a coach who won't make you feel behind.

She’s incredibly attentive to technique during our sessions, always making sure I’m performing each movement correctly and safely. This has given me so much more confidence, knowing I’m building strength in the right way rather than just going through the motions.

Dana uses an app with all my workouts, complete with clear instructions and videos, so I can confidently train between our sessions. She also tracks my macronutrient targets (which I hadn’t even heard of before working with her!), and the app makes it simple to log everything—even scanning food barcodes.

I’m already feeling more energetic, and my family and friends have started noticing a difference in my physique, which has been a huge motivator. What really sets Dana apart is how invested she is in my journey. Alongside my training sessions with her, she checks in weekly via text with feedback and encouragement, going above and beyond what I expected."
